Please Read Our Policies before Booking!!!

Thank you for your interest in Ann-LASH Beauty Bar. Please read our policies before booking. If you have any questions or concerns about any of our policies, please do not hesitate to reach out. 

​Reservations

Schedule your Appointment in advance to ensure your preferred treatment and Specialist are available. Day-of always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a deposit.

Deposits

A Deposit is Required for all Appointments, deposit will go towards overall costs of Services. Deposits are Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferable. Deposits are applied to your overall payment. If you need to cancel your appointment it is recommended, you reschedule it 1st. Only cancel if you are comfortable paying a double deposit or losing your deposit.

Rescheduling

Appointment rescheduling can be conducted via Appointment Link, Clients are allotted 24 hours for appointment Reschedule. Deposits will be rendered for any Appointment Cancelled after 24 HOURS of Appointment. *Clients are permitted 2 appointment reschedules in a scheduled appointment time. After 2 times your appointment will graciously be canceled, and you will have to reschedule for a time that your schedule permits. (For example, if you have scheduled a facial for July 1st, you will be allotted only two times to reschedule that July 1st appointment). *

Running Late: 

A 10 Minute Grace Period is Allotted. If you are over 10 minutes late, please note your appointment may be cut short or Cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule with a New Deposit. Please note there may also be a Late Service Fee Added to your Appointment.

No Call No Shows:

No Call no Show Clients will not be allotted an Appointment in the Future.

LASH Clients:

All Lash Extension Clients are secured through Anastasia's Lash Studio. Please visit her website to secure an appointment. Anastasia's Lash Studio

Relax: 

Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy our Oasis Bar and fill out all Client intake paperwork. Complimentary Beverages and Snacks are Accessible to all Clients. We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your first treatment.

Cancellation Policy: 

24-Hour notice is required for Appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may result in loss of deposit. If you did not pay an initial deposit and you cancel last minute, you will be put on deposit only booking. If you have paid your service in full and cancel less than 24 hours, please note you will receive 50% of paid in full service refunded through the same method of payment, if payment equates to over $35. Any paid in service amounting in less than $35 will equate to rendered amount.  

Client Protection Policy​: 

Your time it valued, and it is fair to honor the same policies we hold our clients to. Should we have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 24 hours' notice we will honor 50% off of your next identical service and all attempts to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner will be made.  â€‹

Our Guarantee: 

We are so confident in our skills that if you are not happy with our services or technique let us know within 24 hours, and we will provide you with a free touch up service.

Refund Policy: 

Please Note We are Unable to Offer a Full Refund of Services. Partial Deposit maybe Rendered at discretion of Specialist.

Covid-19 Policy: 

*All Staff Members are Vaccinated* While masks are optional for Clients, they are definitely recommended to ensure the safety of all staff members and other Clients. All Staff are required to wear masks while servicing Clients. If you are feeling under the weather please effectively communicate with your Specialist, accommodations will be made to your appointment.
