Thank you for your interest in Ann-LASH Beauty Bar. Please read our policies before booking. If you have any questions or concerns about any of our policies, please do not hesitate to reach out.
​Reservations
We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to secure your preferred service and time. Same-day appointments are not available. All reservations require a deposit to confirm your booking.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel, we recommend rescheduling your appointment instead to retain your deposit. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled through the appointment link provided at booking. Clients are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to reschedule without penalty.
Deposits will be forfeited for any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, the appointment will be canceled, and a new booking with a new deposit will be required.
Example: If you originally scheduled a facial for July 1st, you may reschedule that same appointment only twice before a new booking is required.
Running Late:
A 10 Minute Grace Period is Allotted. If you are over 10 minutes late, please note your appointment may be cut short or Cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule with a New Deposit. Please note there may also be a Late Service Fee Added to your Appointment.
No Call No Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be restricted from booking future appointments. Please note you also forfeit your deposit and/or any amount paid towards your service.
LASH Clients:
All Lash Extension Clients are secured through Anastasia's Lash Studio. Please visit her website to secure an appointment. Anastasia's Lash Studio
Relax:
Give yourself plenty of time to use the restrooms, we suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your first treatment.
Cancellation Policy:
​A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and or any amount paid towards the service and may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Client Protection Policy​:
Your time is valuable, and we uphold the same standards of respect that we ask of our clients. If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive 20% off your next identical service, and we will make every effort to promptly reschedule your appointment.
Our Guarantee:
We take pride in our skills and the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will provide a free touch-up service to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund Policy:
​Please note that full refunds for services are not available. In certain cases, a partial deposit or credit towards a future service may be offered at the discretion of Ann. Please also note a refund will not be rendered for missed, late, or same day cancellation appointments on behalf of the Client.
Covid-19 Policy:
*All Staff Members are Vaccinated* While masks are optional for Clients, they are definitely recommended to ensure the safety of all staff members and other Clients. All Staff are required to wear masks while servicing Clients. If you are feeling under the weather please effectively communicate with your Specialist, accommodations will be made to your appointment.
