Anniesha “Ann” McDonald is a licensed esthetician professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in the beauty industry. She is the founder and owner of Ann-LASH Beauty Bar, a premier beauty destination known for high-quality sugaring, advanced facials, and keratin lash lift services, personalized client care, and results-driven beauty treatments.
Ann’s journey began with a passion for helping women feel confident, polished, and empowered. What started as a love for lashes quickly evolved into a full-service beauty brand rooted in professionalism, education, and excellence. Her commitment to continued learning and industry standards has allowed her to not only serve clients at the highest level, but also train and mentor aspiring beauty professionals.
In addition to servicing clients, Ann is the owner of Pompano Beauty Academy, where she prepares students for successful careers through hands-on training, certification-focused education, and real-world business guidance. She is deeply committed to giving back to her community by providing scholarships and mentorship opportunities for young women pursuing careers in beauty.
